Fidelis ManyuchiAssociate, Scanlen & Holderness

Fidelis practices with the Firm’s corporate & commercial, mining and agriculture departments. He is involved in providing legal solutions to clients on a range of matters including mergers & acquisitions; business/ corporate finance; international trade and investments, competition and intellectual property. Fidelis has been involved in multi-party deal structuring and contract negotiations including advising on contractual risk management.

Fidelis joined Scanlen from South Africa where he graduated with an LLB degree, with a Distinction, from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. He went on to study for a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law, at the same institution, majoring in Company Law, Banking & Finance and Advanced Contract Law. He is also a holder of a certificate in Capital Markets from Baker McKenzie University in America.

Fidelis believes Corporate and Commercial Law is vital and essential for the creation of sustainable institutions. He aspires to make meaningful contributions to the commercial landscape on the continent and across the globe.
